Anchor History
Since 2002 Anchor Staffing, Inc. has been providing outstanding contingent workforce solutions to some the best known organizations in the country.
Joyce Johnson, President/CEO founded Anchor on the premise that a small independently own firm should operate with the same efficiency and principles as the large global staffing organizations. In order to be competitive you must think of yourself as a giant and not just another company within a very large industry.
Anchor has experience phenomenal growth by a “global experience, local focus” mentality coupled with Joyce’s entrepreneurial spirit.
Today Anchor services clients in the Chicago metropolitan area and continues to expand to major cities across the nation.
Our team is constantly looking for workforce solutions that are far above conventional staffing methodology
In staffing you are only as good as your last placement so we focus on delivering the best talent available every time
Being aware of industry and employment trends is essential
We continually strive to deliver top talent to our clients, providing solutions oriented staffing services. This approach helps shape key factors that increase client productivity and efficiency.
The key to our success is our desire to become true partners in our customers success. We achieve that success by taking the worry out of delivery of a qualified workforce. A trusted partner understands the goals, mission and desired outcomes and we want to make the talent acquisition portion a seamless part of the equation. Workforce Simplified.
We believe in the core values which provide direction for how we interact with clients and our workforce:

CMS promotes the economic development of diverse businesses – those owned by minorities, women, and persons with disabilities. In Illinois, State agencies are encouraged to purchase at least 19% of their goods and services from BEP-certified businesses. BEP certification opens up doors to other opportunities with public and private buyers looking to diversify their suppliers.
